Stores can send invoices, customer statements, purchase orders, and system notifications by email (SMTP or a connected Gmail account) or via WhatsApp. If Gmail is connected in TecPoint Settings, TecPoint only sends mail on the store’s behalf; it does not read the Gmail inbox.
